  Luis is ABSOLUTELY Amazing and so VERY helpful every time we come in with a problem. I have NEVER Met SOMEONE So Patient and Helpful Ever till Luis. He should be the STORE Manager with all his Amazing Knowledge and Patience !!! He is ONE IN A MILLION and Niagara Falls NY Cricket and all there customers are Fortunate to have Luis . Thank You So VERY MUCH Luis for always helping me with whatever problem my cricket phone presented.

  Straight lying. On a personal call the whole visit. Giving misinformation. Talking trash about customers in the store. Not the first time lied to by y'all either.

  Wouldn't let me keep my phone number, gave me the wrong plan, and then kept charging me for several months after I switched service providers, with auto pay that I didn't sign up with. When I had a problem, they couldn't help me and told me to go to other cricket stores that MIGHT be able to help.
