I went to the Verizon store recently and they provided the best service in the 845. The district manager, Husnain, provided me with the best service and made my entire process run so smoothly. He explained everything that I was confused on and answered all my questions. Additionally, he provided such personable customer service and made the entire experience go by in a flash. I would go back to the Verizon store for any of my device needs in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this store and their staff-- especially the district manager, Husnain. Thank you!

My wife and I visited the Verizon store at 1278 NY-300, Newburgh, NY on 12/13/2025 around 10:30 AM for a smartphone and smartwatch trade-in/upgrade. We were helped immediately by Greg, who was professional and extremely friendly from the start.
The problem was management. Greg’s supervisor berated him on the sales floor over an unrelated/unknown matter in front of customers, then continued screaming in the back stockroom loudly enough that it echoed onto the floor for well over an hour. Most of the staff got pulled into it, and customers were visibly disturbed.
Because of the disruption, Greg had to step away mid-transaction and we were left trying to complete device setup ourselves. The process went poorly and we spent about 3.5 hours total, including extended time on hold with Verizon Tech Support, and left without a proper resolution.
I’m leaving a 1 star review because that level of unprofessional, hostile behavior is unacceptable and directly affected our service. Verizon leadership should review what happened during that time window and hold the supervisor accountable.

I had a bad experience with this store. I went in to get a new upgraded phone. While I was in there the employee advised me to turn off find my iPhone also advised me that he had iPhones in stock . Before he checked he had me erase my iPhone completely even taking my SIM card off before double checking to see if the phone was in stock. I had to had run to a different store to get my iPhone situation fixed. They did not active esim before I left and also told me wrong store hours for the Verizon in new Windsor.

Horrible customer service. The lady that decided help me literally starred at her tablet for a half hour while I was waiting for her to figure out upgrade. Hence I am currently with verizon. Then on top of it she was not educated on the galaxy watch and tablet combo rebate with the purchase of an s25. I will be switching to spectrum once I finish paying off my current line
