If you buy a phone from there and you have problems with it from day one they say that they cannot help you and you have to take it up with Verizon that they are just the retailer. If you've been charged for mobile hotspot months on end without it being able to work they cannot take it off your bill if you call them on the phone sometimes they will remote access your device and then other times they will tell you no they are not allowed to do that. Save yourself some time and just drive to Rochester to the actual Verizon store.
