  I went to World Trade Center Zagg store to replace a broken screen protector on 09Feb2026. A technician, Abdul Hamid, professionally checked my warranty via computer. Then he skillfully replaced the screen protector within minutes. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend to purchase iPhone accessories from Zagg because they provide excellent service.

  The worker today 02/10/26 was terrible. He took the fact that my cousin did not speak English and is young for granted. He installed a screen for his Samsung and it was messed up so my cousin asked him to fix it. So the worker took the screen off and put another, same thing happened and kept blaming it was the glue of the protector the problem. He then took it off and cleaned the off, leaving it with glue he kept telling my cousin it was his fault the phone had glue. How is that possible?? The glue came from the protector he had just put on. Which my cousin explained and the worker said yeah you are right, then proceeded to say it wasn’t glue it was scratched. At this point he removed the screen protector and told him for a new one he had to pay. Which he hadn’t mentioned it prior to removing it. I then came in and explained that he should’ve mentioned that before removing it because if he didn’t want to pay for another he should’ve been asked. The worker kept telling me the phone screen was broken and it wasn’t his fault and he had to charge him. I then explained to him that no because he didn’t do his job to communicate it before removing the screen protector. The worker then switched the story saying that he has to charge because the screen is scratched and even if he put a new one it wouldn’t look right. He kept showing us the phone which had no scratches. I asked for a refund he said no, I asked to speak to a manager he said no. Eventually after 10 minutes of discussion with me he put the screen on. And when he did it looked perfect! Phone wasn’t scratched and there were no issues. Terrible terrible experience, we were there for more than 30 minutes when it should’ve been 30 seconds. Won’t be recommending or going back.
