- CMCamelia MulhallSep 19, 20211.0I went in on Friday to switch over from AT&T and was hesitant about making the switch once I was told how much the monthly fees would be. The guy helping me offered me a free iPad and said that he would add my watch for $2 per month. You can imagine my surprise when I received my first bill for $300. The iPad was not free and the watch wasn’t $2. They added 2 additional lines without telling me, and now I’m on hold with customer service to cancel everything. Stay away from this place. They are liars and the guy that “helped” me should be fired. Shame on Verizon.
