Asked very point blank about the fees being charged and whether they were the same as conducting an equivalent transaction online. Got a very unclear/dishonest answer and found out later I was being charged extra fees specific to the store for services I did not request. Later, after waiting three weeks for the phone, I get a text saying it is ready for pick up. Only after carving time out of my day to physically go by the store am I told that my phone was stolen during shipping, and I can purchase another phone at full price given the original promotion has now expired. No effort was made to remedy the situation or honor the original promotion. I would advise going anywhere else. Very bad experience and poor customer service.
