- ELEthan LockeOct 24, 20251.0I am not normally one to leave negative reviews, but my experience was so bad I feel the need to warn others. Attempted to order a new phone here. Asked very point blank about the fees being charged and whether they were the same as conducting an equivalent transaction online. Got a very unclear/dishonest answer and found out later I was being charged extra fees specific to the store for services I did not request. Later, after waiting three weeks for the phone, I get a text saying it is ready for pick up. Only after carving time out of my day to physically go by the store am I told that my phone was stolen during shipping, and I can purchase another phone at full price given the original promotion has now expired. No effort was made to remedy the situation or honor the original promotion. I would advise going anywhere else. Very bad experience and poor customer service.

Ben was especially helpful in explaining the various options and making sure I was choosing what was best for me. He took the time to go through everything about the new phone with me and was extremely attentive throughout the process. Overall this made for a very easy and pleasant experience!
