I went in to ask questions about my phone bill and instead of helping me, the employees told me they didn’t have interest because I was not there to buy anything. They said that it is not worth their time to help me because they are not making a sale on me and getting paid for it.

He helped us choose the right phones to meet our needs, navigated the various Verizon’s plans to ensure I was on why I needed but also openly discussed cost and respected my limitations and needs. It can be difficult to find a Verizon store with a rep who is open to 3 people upgrading phones at once but we will definitely be returning to David next time!!
