First important thing to know is this a third party store that can’t really do anything for you, it is NOT a corporate Verizon store. They will charge you the most and have no power to help waive a fee or do anything because again, third party store. Also the high rating here is because they offer $20 if you leave a 5 star review. Read the real reviews like this one, absolutely awful experience. They lied to me so they could just get the sale/ commission and so I didn’t get the deal advertised or a new phone as promised. I lost days of my life here trying to become a new costumer and get a new phone and because they deceived me to just get the sale, over a week later I am still going to corporate Verizon (the real store is on broadway in soho) and calling corporate. Because this store opened the line on my cell number without giving me the deal, corporate Verizon is now making me add a second line on my cell phone (that they say they will comp) so that i can get the deal i was supposed to when i signed up here. Becoming a verizon customer has cost me at least 20 hours of my life sitting on hold, sitting in stores and my problem is STILL NOT SOLVED. And now i have 2 phone numbers, one i will never use but they cant fix the problem that all started at this store with the manager. I also still don’t have a phone! If you see this store RUN literally anywhere else. Stores that buy reviews have a reason!
