My situation is quite specific and required extra time and effort, but in spite of several setbacks and complications, she remained extremely committed and helpful to getting it over the line. She was reassuring and always kept a positive attitude when many would've given me attitude. It felt really nice chatting with someone who clearly had my best interest at hea and who wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive item or plan. She went above and beyond and even stayed beyond closing hours to make sure that we get everything done. If you're in East Village, please do yourself a favor and go to that Verizon location and see for yourself!

I have visited ‘N’ numbers of times I have been greeted well when I wasn’t even a Verizon customer. Eventually I ported number and joined Verizon. Got a great deal on the new phone and the monthly plan. All steps right from cost of monthly bills plans and when to expect a higher monthly charges all were very transparently explained thoroughly.
