My husband and I pre ordered our new phones and the minute they arrived they called us to come in. They made it so easy to transfer the info to the new phones. They helped us set it all up and we even had fun. So don’t go to any other Verizon Store. Go see Min, Sam and John!!

I quickly learned my lesson. The person helping me, named Sam, looked at me as if he was the predator and I was the prey. Being a young woman in New York, I am not unfamiliar with this feeling and it didn't bother me initially. However, when I began working with him and explaining what was wrong with my phone, he became very aggressive and condescending. I explained that there was a physical issue with my phone because I dropped it yesterday. He became very insistent that I needed to purchase the newest model of iPhone, and when I refused he became increasingly aggressive, condescending, and rude. I don't typically write reviews because I know it's hard to work with people and everyone is doing their best, but this interaction was so upsetting that I felt compelled to leave a message letting my fellow New Yorkers know to avoid this Verizon store (just like the Apple employees said) and instead make the trek up to 86th street and go to that Verizon store instead.
