She is the store manager at 1430 2nd Avenue Verizon I can say she is the best and Verizon is lucky to have her, she was very patient with our questions in a very calm and pleasant attitude, answered very clearly. Store was as crowded she managed everyone respectfully. We had a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend her services and also her assistant Vic was very helpful.
