They misled me to believe that I could exchange my remotes in person and sent me to the location on 162 Dyckman street to exchange my remotes. Unfortunately when I arrived this was far from the truth but, thankfully the manager Keidy at the Dyckman location was kind and explained the process and helped me order my remote by calling customer service and allowed me to stay in the store until I got what I needed from the wonderful customer service agent. I’m only upset because I had to walk two miles with a bad back and I informed the corporate store that my back was hurting so I didn’t want to walk so far if I didn’t need too. Thankfully Keidy was kind, informed and respectful. She kept me calm and let me know it would be ok. She listened and let me know she saw me, she heard me and respected my position and apologized for the miss communication. This is how it’s done when it comes to customer service. I honestly wanted to break down a wall but her kindness melted me and allowed me to breathe. Thank you Keidy for all you do! You are phenomenal.
