  Dinesh was absolutely wonderful! I came into the store in a bit of a down mood because of my purchase being delayed and he helped me with literally every single thing. I truly haven’t felt so cared for in retail the way he made me feel. It truly felt like he cared about everything that was going on and he did absolutely everything to help fix things and make sure I left Verizon with a smile. This location I came to is a bit far from where I live but I truly don’t mind coming back just for Dinesh. I know he’ll do his very best each time to give me the greatest service and that’s more than I can ask for. Thank you so much for making my entire day & night, you were an absolute pleasure & Verizon is lucky to have you!

  Dinesh was very helpful in helping me trade in my current janky phone for an upgrade. The employees were all very nice and the vibes were good in there, much better than the location in Nolita, I might add, where they were not very kind.
