I was told it was a misunderstanding. But I asked over and over and over and over for assurance. If you’re thinking of going to this store Avoid avoid avoid. Avoid avoid avoid. In fact avoid Verizon all together but ESPECIALLY this store UPDATE I EMAILED THEM AS THEY SUGGESTED BELOW AND THEY DIDN’T RETURN IT.
