The staff were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and made the time it took to upgrade painless. I hate upgrading - - staff always trying to upsell. I hate it so much I was still hanging on to my iPhone-11. But, since it won’t be supported after September, I bit the bullet and upgraded to iPhone 17 Max Pro. Wow, was I glad I picked this store. No upsell, in fact they talked me down from 512K to 256k, so saved me money. This was a great experience and I highly recommend the Verizon store at 26 West 23rd Street, New York, NY. Great job Verizon!

I went to the 23rd St & 6th Ave store to ask about upgrading to the Iphone 17 pro. Saad was extremely helpful and took the time to explain my trade in options and pricing.
Even though I wasn’t eligible yet, he was courteous and not pushy at all. Great experience — highly recommend asking for Saad! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It seems when entering a Verizon store the company is the most professional and caring for customers, 🛑 but don’t get caught in , the main company is a disaster 🥵 they jack up the price after plus when you call them you will waste over a hour to settle a bill they have people from countries who barely speak English, a real
Waste of time , plus people are walking away from them and they try to lock your phone after paying it off so u stay with them they can rip you off more .
Be aware and carful before you get sick with them

Hands down best experience I’ve had upgrading phones. The entire team was friendly, and incredibly helpful. Absolute homies. They set the vibe with some banger EDM tracks, and whipped up my new phone n minutes. I usually avoid going from fear of getting stuck beyond a boomer who spends 45 min acting like they’ve never seen their phone before. So if you’re like me, or just generally wanna choose a Verizon stock, go visit the homies here
