  I had a great experience at the Verizon store. The staff was very friendly, “saad and Abdullah”😊 they are professional, and patient. They took the time to explain all my options clearly and helped me choose the best plan for my needs without any pressure. the service was quick .I really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the team was. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for excellent customer service!

  Abdullah was great in helping me exchange my Pixel 8A for a new Pixel 10 phone. He transferred all of my old data to the new phone and ensured everything was working properly. He was very friendly and efficient.

His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Excellent customer service—Saad is a huge asset to Verizon!!!!

  Editing my review from 5 to 4 because I have had good service at the store upgrading my Google Pixel 6 to 10 Pro. However, I have been calling the store to follow-up on a few things from my in-store visit but their VM is not set-up and they are not answering.
