STAY AWAY! I WAS KICKED OUT THE STORE WHILE CHANGING A ORDER.. IF I WAS WHITE THIS WOULD'VE PLAYED OUT DIFFERENTLY!
THESE PEOPLE DONT DESERVE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER'S AND SHOULD BE REPLACED .
I RECORDED MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION

This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer and made the visit frustrating and inefficient. I value your business and have been a customer in the past, but this interaction fell short of the level of service I expect and have seen provided to others.
I would appreciate if you could look into this matter, provide feedback on what may have occurred, and let me know what steps will be taken to ensure better service in the future.
I am indefinitely filing this complaint with your agency and any other relevant oversight bodies until the matter is properly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. Such as the BBB, FTC, DCWB . Just because you own a franchise don't mean you can treat people however you want.

1600$ they call me at 10 pm and say they will cut off my phone service. Have dealt wit veriizonbusiness office They straighten out but do not inform the division who have phone sales so every few months they call up at 9 or 10 at night and turn off my phone. This is pure harassment
