    This review is specifically for Keshawn not an overall review of the store. The workers are lazy and do not want to do their jobs. I was told a simple task could not be done by an employee there. I tried to call customer service in store and Keshawn stepped in to ask if I needed any assistance he was very knowledgeable and easily tended to what the other employee told me was not possible. Keshawn had a clear desire to help me as a customer and I got to see great service from him with another client as well. He should be appointed manager if he is not already. Great customer service.

    I never write reviews but today I had to make an exception for Cami at Verizon on Wall Street. I arrived in-store this morning & not only did she help me create an account with Verizon to obtain a new phone 17 pro max after my previous phone had been stolen this last weekend. She also helped me with my home internet account that I've been having trouble locating and logging into these last few months within a few minutes. 10000/10 customer service, Cami is very personable and charming, I wish her the best. I am more than content with the stellar experience provided today & now happy to be a customer with Verizon instead of T-mobile. She turned what could've been a lengthy, tiring, boring process into an efficient procedure with clear cut steps. Thank you.

    Very bad service! Terrible experience! I came to change my information, and one of them joked about my last name. I found my account's last name spelled wrong, then found a store near Chinatown. The lady at the front desk learned about the problem but did not know how to solve it. A male staff member came out of the office. He began using my last name as a joke, but I did not find it funny. Two people are staying around him. This store didn't care about its business.

    Excellent Service!! Had an issue activating new iphone, telephone customer support made it worse and left me with neither phone working. Damian solved the problem and saved the day!

    I had lost my phone called customer service. They weren’t helpful spent hours on the phone. I walked into 100 Wall St . I Had a really good experience with the representative. Honest straightforward transaction was easy. Everything went well. I can’t complain compared to my past experiences. Definitely coming back here for any of my wireless needs.
