They lied to me about how much my bill would go up and opened a line I never asked for on a phone I never received. I worked with corporate and they were finally able to reverse everything and credit me back but I had to spend ~15 hours to get everything fixed. Save yourself the time and go to a different store.

He was super helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this location and I would definitely go back for any of my Verizon-related needs- much easier than trying to do everything online or call the corporate number.
