From the warm welcome upon entering, actually listening to what I needed. Ronny took quality time to research, provide the best possible option for what I needed. This was the first time I’ve ever stepped into a location and didn’t feel the pressure of having to upgrade. Ronny provided honest feedback and gave several options that helped me make the best decision. Thank you so much Ronny!

We visited several stores, and this was the only one where we found real availability and a lot of patience. I’ve never seen a store stay open 3 hours past the actual closing time just to finish all our paperwork.The four of us switched to Verizon from our previous carriers and also activated a home internet line.A huge thank you for the patience goes to Ronny truly excellent and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, handled all of our accounts personally, and I would absolutely come back to him for any issue. Thank you again!!!
