And worked with Mohamed, one of the best agents I've had in all the years that I've had a Verizon account. He was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and engaging. At points during my appointment, the store was extremely crowded and he was able to negotiate finding out what other people needed while he was overseeing downloads on my new phone. While, the appointment was pretty long, I guess that's just what it takes to get a new phone and a new line especially when you keep forgetting all of your passwords! He was a good spirit about it all though. I also appreciated that Mohamed went through all of the various promotions that were available to me. I definitely recommend both Mohamed and this store. And highly suggest that you make an appointment first.
