I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store on Delancey Street, thanks to John. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained all of my options clearly, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.
John went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His customer service was outstanding, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers get what they need.
If you’re visiting this Verizon location, I highly recommend asking for John. He truly made this a great experience!

Didn’t have a great experience here last week, for a few reasons:
1. I came to trade in two phones for two new 17 pro’s. The kid I dealt with originally said I would not have to trade in my phones, then said I would have to trade them in. This is fine, but does not instill confidence.
2. When I was reading the itemized details before signing the tablet the guy seemed frustrated that I was taking time to read the details. He stood around scoffing and rolling his eyes while I stood there trying to go down the itemized list. I tried to calm him down and tell him I read contracts before signing them, but he seemed frustrated. I was right to read the details because there were fees tacked on that I did not understand. Maybe these employees see these contracts every day, but I only upgrade my phones once every 3 or 4 years. A little patience goes a long way.
3. I was told I would not be charged an activation upgrade fee, but I have two upgrade fees of $40 each on my bill.
4. I was charged $40 x2 for “pro phone setup”, without being told I was going to be charged for this. Its just transferring data from one iphone to another, an automated process that I can easily do myself. Tell me if I will be charged for something before charging me.
5. I complained about the fees and was offered discounts on phone cases to offset the fees. I told the kid I wanted two cases. He apparently didn’t hear me, and instead gave me one case and still charged me for two setup fees. When I asked about this the kid threw a tantrum, rolling his eyes and scoffing. I asked him to contact his manager who instructed him on how to remove those charges.
6. The kid started the phone transfer process and then asked for payment which I could not provide using Apple Pay. I had to go home and get my credit card and then return.
7. Verizon Protect was added to my account without my consent.
8. I am having to call Verizon to remove unwanted charges.
Overall a bad experience. I’m glad I was able to get new phones but this store should be replaced with a pizzeria. Next time I will just do everything online.

It’s 4:15pm on Sunday and the store hours are till 5PM. I was greeted by Verizon female staff asking me to go to another location. She said she would speak to manager, but she refused. Instead she asked me to leave store right away. She didn’t leave a name and chased me out caused I called her bluff. I’m a loyal customer and the manager should follow up with staff on duty.
