    Wow! I came to Verizon after work to get internet added to my plan and it was a breeze. Alexis helped me with the internet and gave the best service ever! With her warm greeting and outstanding service, I WILL be coming back again to be serviced by her! I’m forever locked in to this verizon store because of her. Thank you Alexis and god bless you. I am 1000% appreciative of her. Keep up the great work!! 10/10 stars!!!!

    Shoutout to John, the manager at Verizon, for his outstanding customer service. When I came in with a broken phone, he took the time to clearly explain every option available for obtaining a replacement. John’s professionalism and patience truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer than necessary to receive my new Galaxy Z Flip 7. His calm, personable manner made a frustrating situation much easier to handle, and I left feeling completely supported and confident in the resolution. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for customers the way John does. Verizon is fortunate to have him on their team! TYSM!!
