  Although the sign says, "VERIZON", this is not a corporate store. It's owned by an individual. I wonder if the owner knows what's going on. Unscrupulous business practice! They told my son he can get a brand new free I-phone, a holiday special, and hooked him in. Incidentally, he's not even an authorized person on the account to make purchases or changes. This free phone actually cost just over $1400 when said and done. The salesman also changed all the calling plans on the account to a more expensive plan. My son had no knowledge this was being done, nor the authority on the account to do so. Yet, somehow the salesman did it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! This store will respond with call and give a central 800 #. You guys are terrible, you can't run from karma!

  First, it is VERY tough to figure out how and where to leave a review. This is a disservice to your employees who work very hard. Second, it would be amazing to have an in-store QR Code for customer feedback in real-time. If customers have to wait, work to find where to leave a review, and not have employee names, the reviews WILL NOT happen. This customer feedback is critical for Verizon to give credit where it is due, and to immediately address any issues. Well, at this location there are no issues. MD ARIF is fantastic. I came in with a shattered iPhone 14 Pro Max. He helped me to upgrade to a 15 Pro Max, even though Verizon did not have the exact phone I wanted (i.e. color and storage capacity), he walked me through why I would be completely OK with the phone that was in-stock. This is a LONG process - over an hour with the data transfer - ARIF was patient, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He even helped me find the correct new case for my phone that was sturdy, stylish, and the right size. I wholeheartedly recommend this Verizon Wireless location for any and all cell phone needs, and 100% would ask for MD ARIF. ARIF - Thank you for your help yesterday for an unexpected phone issue, on the hottest day, and when I was pressed for time. Your calm demeanor and positive attitude made me feel at ease, and confident that I would leave with a functioning new fabulous phone. And I did! Everything works. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
