    The store is clean and nice and the wait wasn't too long. However I made a point to come to a Verizon corporate store so an employee could help me rather than sit on the phone. But when it was my turn, they couldn't help, and instead just called the phone line and left me sitting alone talking to someone I couldn't understand well. Made the whole trip pretty pointless unfortunately. I've never had that happen at other Verizon corporate stores.

    Jose was legit with it and very helpful and so were the other employees. The person below me giving a bad review seems to be lost in space ! Cause I got great service from Jose and all the staff at herald square store! I will be continuing business with that store for now on!

    Jose is the man! I give a solid five stars and this stellar review for Jose because he is an expert at what he does and he is extremely professional. A job well done and much deserved! Honorable mention, Kim! My Story: I made a visit to this Verizon Corporate Store today after hitting so many obstacles and roadblocks, Jose was the man that saved the day! I lost service on my phone yesterday and my e-sim would not activate at all. After speaking to two customer reps, a tech support agent and visiting two stores in the span of less than a day, I was defeated but was told my problem can be fixed if I tried a corporate store. Skeptical I went into the store assuming the worse that I would probably need a new number and phone but as soon as I met Jose and I explained my problem to him, he easily dismissed all the anxiety and jitters by saying "my nightmares are over" and he will get to the bottom of it. We did encounter some snafus here and there but Jose being the expert he is, it was nothing he could not handle and he wrapped up my problem in about 30 minutes! That's it! Done and dusted! After stressing myself out, he saved the day and just in time for me to get to work. If you're looking for an expert at this store, this is the guy you want to go to! Remember the name, Jose! Thank you so much for helping me out, I really appreciate it! You've definitely earned five stars here! -Jacob

    This review is solely for Jose. Avoid dealing with him. Incredibly arrogant and rude. He’s only looking to sell you what he wants to sell. I went in one afternoon and told him I was interested in purchasing a phone for the full amount. After discussing phone availability and pricing, I told him that I was interested in purchasing an iPhone 15 and I wouldn’t be interested in phone protection after about three times of him asking me. He came out with the phone and we start to review the phone plan. I asked him if everything I had on the plan was the best bang for my buck. Instead of mentioning the pros and cons of each plan to see if maybe I would be interested in something different, he arrogantly told me that he didn’t want to tell me about any other plan details since I was looking for the basics only. He then told me that I could save $10 per line if i switched to a different plan. Of course I was interested . This is when I knew he wasn’t trying to help me at all. He asked me again if I would be interested in adding phone protection since now I would be saving $20 on the bill and the protection would cost me $20. I declined again. I asked him if he had any phone cases in stock for the iPhone 15 to which he immediately said no without ever checking. When it was almost time to pay, I noticed the phone he took out from the back was an iPhone 16e. I told him that the iPhone 15 was what I was interested in. Instead of apologizing and getting the different phone he arrogantly insisted I told him that I wanted the iPhone 16e. At the point I was very annoyed and told him to cancel the whole transaction. I was able to get help from Kimberly right away. Guess what. She informed me that the plan Jose was talking about initially was cheaper because I would lose ultra wide band. Surprise, Jose forgot/intentionally didn’t mention that to me to try and sell me phone protection. When Kimberly got the phone for me, I asked her if she had any phone cases in stock. Surprise again! She had about 5 different cases in stock when Jose told me none were in stock. Kimberly helped me with the rest of my transaction and made sure I was set. I really hope Jose can learn to curb his ego especially when customer service is involved.
