The Verizon Store at 181st Street in Washington Heights, New York, NY is lucky to have such a superb manager who focuses on customer needs!

Another rep asked me to move more to the back of the store because the seat I’m in is for people coming in. I kindly told her I’m conforming right where I am. She walked away a little disturbed. The first picture would be where the told me to move a that the rep that won’t help me. Mind you a Caucasian woman walks in with a box an gets help right away.
