- ACArmando CorderoJan 23, 20261.0On January 23 2026 I went to this Verizon location to upgrade my phone and l was iPhone to get a New York iPhone 17 pro max , but my sister came with me because she returned a iPhone and a I watch and she was talking to Rob Franquiz , she told him I am interested in upgrading my phone today he responded was that I should look on the Verizon app and told me he didn’t have time for the upgrade, he looked at me like I was looking for a pre paid service, I was planning two upgrade two phone and paid them out right , very nasty unprofessional and never will be coming back to this location and I will be purchasing the two iPhones straight from the Apple Store

To have such a hard time trying to exchange a phone I PAID FOR through a service I ALSO PAY FOR you would have thought that I was asking to get the representative at the store to pay for my rent, student loans, and future children. I went in to replace a phone that was sent to me incorrectly and the attitude I was faced with in between her scrolling Tik Toks and telling me everything was impossible I wouldn't even expect from a sassy 6 year old pulled from the candy isle. Listen I know the service industry sucks I worked at Starbucks for 4 years, but if I was paying $1,200 for a coffee I'd expect to get it hot and in a cup with no holes. Here I am made to look like in the problem when Verizon is supposedly a huge corporation, changing a phone out that's literally in store shouldn't take a 2-3 business days. I know there's different stores but d Dear God even if it means driving to another state avoid this one.
