Well, that's why I was trying to exchange it. I was tired and simply got the cheapest phone I could find, which I'm still paying off months later. The man working there didn't care at all about actually helping me and I know he lied to me about being able to turn in my phone because he wanted whatever commission he got from selling a new phone or he just didn't want to spend time filling out whatever forms he had to to exchange my phone. The worst customer service I have ever had.
