    if you want great service tech knowledge or problem solving go here. Aqeel was a super professional friendly server who solved the issues of two old Brit dinosaurs. Verizon is our new go to provider.

    Customer service is terrible, go to another store. Employees clearly don’t want to be there and it shows when you talk to them. Even when you ask simple questions they have attitude for no reason.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Seriously the worst. I talked to a woman who was extremely rude and snarky from the moment I sat down at her desk. Did not help me at all. Basically told me I wasted my time coming into the store and to just use the Verizon app. Only go to this store of you enjoy engaging with the worst kind of humans.

    Don’t believe anything the staff tells you and get ready to waste hours of your life. We were trading in phones and getting upgrades, the original deal made to us was cancelled (by Verizon) once the first phone never showed up. We were told first that the offers we were made didn’t exist (essentially that we were lying), that after 30 days the deals didn’t need to be honored even though we continuously following up and told not to worry, and eventually charged a ton more for no deal, no included phone upgrade, a tv package we were told could be upgraded to ad-free (shocker, it can’t), and a bunch of other garbage we didn’t want or need to begin with but were pressured to get. They will say anything and are EXCEEDINGLY pleasant at doing so you can buy whatever they’re selling. We’re paying DOUBLE what we were initially quoted. BOO THESE GUYS.
