    Shaquana is the best!! She helped me port over my family's 4 lines from T-Mobile without any issues. She handled everything from ordering new phones, accommodating our schedules to assure no service interruption, helping port them over, to following-up after the fact with activation fees and discounts for pairing with FiOS. I've passed her contact info to other friends and family already!

    I had a very frustrating experience at this Verizon store, specifically with an employee named Carl. He was disrespectful, dismissive, and did not listen to what I was explaining about an issue that was caused by Verizon. He took no accountability for the mistake, didn’t apologize at any point, and ultimately walked away in the middle of our conversation. I came in looking for help and left feeling brushed off and ignored. Very disappointing customer service. Carl blatantly lied to my face multiple times. Carl was one of the least respectful and meanest employees I’ve interacted with at any establishment in my life.

    I went to this Verizon location because there was a serious issue with the delivery by FedEx of the new device that I had just purchased from Verizon. When I arrived, I immediately felt welcomed by security and then I was approached by a representative. His name is William and from that very moment on until the whole issues were settled, he carried himself with respect, professionalism and very knowledgeable, he was resolved about getting into the solutions. William had provided me with options. Didn’t try to strong arm me, which helped me to have more clarity. Everyone else were friendly and willing to provide service.

    I have a business account and just upgraded my phone to a iPhone 17 Pro. The lady who helped me was nice. She gave me a bigger discount than any other place. The problem is that the store never enter the promotion and return of my old phone into the system. Now, I’ve being charged full price for the phone after I returned my old phone. This store doesn’t even have a direct line for us to call to resolve any issue. This is a problem and I wonder why. I won’t blame just the store on this matter. Verizon needs to improve its communication between the stores and its central department, in order to avoid this confusion and waste of our time. Verizon received my old phone by mail and they should be able to resolve this amongst themselves. Hopefully, I should see the adjustment on my next bill according to the Verizon representative I spoke with through the Verizon Business app. I’ll be updating this after my next bill.

    What started out as a phone conversation, ended up being an outstanding experience at the Verizon store located at 770 Lexington Ave! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made my transition from T-Mobile to Verizon smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Angel, the manager, was incredible! He walked me through the entire switch with ease and delivered exceptional customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, plans, and all the advantages Verizon offers. He explained clearly why Verizon is the best, and he made me feel confident and excited about joining the network. William, the associate, was also amazing! He took the time to break down my new plan so I could fully understand everything, helped set up my phone, and made sure the transfer process was quick and effortless. He was super nice, patient, and very customer-oriented the entire time. The deals Verizon has to offer was exceptional and very convenient! I also have to highlight Collin, the store manager, who was incredibly welcoming, who also made sure I had an amazing experience from start to finish and truly embodies what great leadership looks like. There was even a fire/ mini explosion of a food truck outside and with all the commotion, they still kept their cool and gave me their full undivided attention. I am extremely satisfied and so happy to now be part of the Verizon family, thanks to these three individuals who turned my T-Mobile headaches into a thing of the past. They truly went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend! Thanks Everyone!
