    This store is HORRIBLE! Would avoid If possible. I went for a simple upgrade, they charged me (almost $400), then told me I couldn’t have the phone and had to call the Verizon help line to discuss. The helpline said the store should be able to help me, and this went on for THREE DAYS. Eventually I decided this was not worth the the stress and time away from my office (for a simple upgrade) and asked them to cancel the transaction and refund me. They AGAIN asked me to call VZ support, who told me to go to the store. FINALLY AFTER 2 MORE DAYS, the store cancelled the transaction, and now I’m told I wont even be able to go to a legitimate VZ store for an upgrade for 24 hours while this clears off of my account. SO stressful, unhelpful, useless, and terrible customer service. ***EDIT - the face that the Manager is manning the bad reviews and responding in real time speaks volumes to the damage control this store needs to do. Maybe come out into the store and help your unhelpful staff instead. Please save us ALL the time, money, and stress of coming into your godforsaken business

    HORRIBLE. This store has made the simplest of transactions incredibly difficult and frustrating. They are unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and a huge time suck. I DO NOT RECCOMEND. GO ELSEWHERE

    Had an issue with my trade-in but Angel helped me sort it all out. There were lots of people in the store, but we were in and out in minutes truly appreciated.

    Angel and Lytia and Tisa are exceptional at their jobs ! Took such good care of me and my needs Angel is my favorite he so nice and professional! I can’t express how much I appreciate them especially Angel.
