I seldom post negative reviews, but given the fact that there are so many other options for Verizon servicing in New York City, you should go elsewhere. I came in multiple times trying to pick up a new FiOS router, and had even called in advance two hours earlier to confirm they had one in stock. They put it aside with my name on it. When I arrived, the manager of the store was rather surly with me and said that they would never set aside a router for someone. He said that we called a different store, and then I had him look at his caller ID log to see my call. He then lied and said that there wasn’t another woman that worked in the store, and a later found out there was. Net net mistakes happen, but it’s all about how you take ownership of them. The attitude here is anti-customer. And as an authorized Verizon distributor, the Verizon field team should start shopping this place to see if they should remain in the network.
