After my phone was smashed by a weight, they made the process of getting a new phone clear, quick and painless. (Not to mention my option for a new phone was WAY cheaper than what the Apple store was trying to sell me -- definitely go to Verizon directly instead of trying to go through Apple. They will try to screw you over.) Sam and Gary provided helpful suggestions, too, like keeping my old phone for a few days just in case I realized later that I was still missing content from my old phone before trading it in for good. Oh, and they gave me a case to use for my new phone temporarily as well, so that I had time to decide on which phone case I wanted. They also helped me understand all the details in my Verizon account and provided on-spec support for the subscriptions that came along with my plan. Super nice people who know what they're doing and want to be helpful. Highly recommend this location!!

I went into the store feeling frustrated after my phone had a software malfunction and I needed a new one. I was initially hesitant to go to an authorized retailer but it’s the closest to my house so gave it a shot. I had a 6 year old iPhone (!) full of baby photos and Gary made sure everything was saved and made the transition seamless. He was super helpful and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend.
