We were reluctant to move 4 lines from ATT (we live in MN) but Gary took his time to explain the promos and even walked us through the phone transfers/set up. He worked directly with corp office to make sure we got the promos offered to us. He even took a call, I later learned, while on vacation. Top notch customer service. Also, our Verizon service and speeds have been great! Best mobile phone support we've ever had!

I live in greenpoint, BK but i go out of my way to visit this specific verizon location because of these two gentlemen. They saved my family over $500 a month by looking into our plan and realizing we were paying for data when we should have been unlimited - they did this without prompting, just to make sure my account was in the best order possible. These guys are worth traveling to for verizon help, good customer service is so very rare!
