I was initially hesitant to go to an authorized retailer but it’s the closest to my house so gave it a shot. I had a 6 year old iPhone (!) full of baby photos and Gary made sure everything was saved and made the transition seamless. He was super helpful and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend.

I live in greenpoint, BK but i go out of my way to visit this specific verizon location because of these two gentlemen. They saved my family over $500 a month by looking into our plan and realizing we were paying for data when we should have been unlimited - they did this without prompting, just to make sure my account was in the best order possible. These guys are worth traveling to for verizon help, good customer service is so very rare!
