I had signed up for Fios and Mobile in late September and was worried about making the switch. Adi (who is a superstar), his coworker and boss made this so transition great. There was an issue with fios sign up initially (no fault of theirs) and they all worked together trying to resolve it. Mobile sign up was flawless. While Adi was working hard to help me, there was another customer asking to pick up a phone they already picked up lol. Poor guy. I had to listen to him explain that the phone has already been picked up multiple times lol After multiple hours the first day and a quick visit on the 2nd day, I was set up with Fios. It turned out that the Verizon engineer had to manually change something regarding my address in order to properly get signed up for Fios. Adi and crew made that whole frustrating process so great and after being with Verizon for just over 2 months I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended store!!
