It's so bad that the male employee doesn't help me at all. I changed my ESIM phone, but the network signal won't move. He said he couldn't help but contact the call center. My phone has no signal, how can I contact?

I was told my plan was %50 but for the past months they keep charging me full $65 when it’s $35. I wouldn’t know about it until I subscribed for my online account and found my monthly bill was $35 and not $65. Reached out to client service they confirmed also! Where that money go, who is accountable for this.
