- RPRaschid PierceJun 2, 20253.0The reason I gave total wireless a three star rating is because I've only had the service for one month, and the bill was changed from $40 plan to $60 plan, without my permission. They said to bring back the phone so it can be programmed for $40 monthly plan. A $95 phone and a $60 plan. Now I have international calls & unlimited internet. When I first purchased the phone, I had no service. I had to go back to the store and get a phone number, too. This already seems like a hassle from month to month! Won't be a long-time customer. There is no incentive to stay! They said I have free Disney plus on them now after a month you tell me that. Haven't seen that option 😕 Is there even insurance if the phone breaks? Or do I buy another cheap phone and an additional activation fee? Just curious.
