I have had the worse experience with this store . In April 2021 I purchased a Macintosh integrated turntable at no small cost. The unit took 8 months to arrive. When it arrived it was seriously damaged. I had to jump through a number of hoops to get the issue addressed. My salesperson was a contracted worker based in NJ with who it was hard to follow up and get straight answers . Ultimately Magnolia sent a technician to my home who was unable to fix the issue with unit. I had to go to MacIntosh directly to activate my warranty which was another set of hassles in itself. I was able to take the unit to a service center which made partial repairs to the unit so that it was functional. At that time Magnolia, promised that it had ordered a replacement unit and that I should use the one that was originally sent as a place holder until the new unit arrived. Well it's been another 5 1/2 months, no sign, no word about the replacement. The contracted salesperson is no longer with them. Magnolia is unresponsive and I am stuck with a very expensive bum unit. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and continue to try to get my issue resolved.. To potential purchasers of high end audio - avoid Magnolia Audio at all cost. You're better off going to a real high end vendor where you are more than a dollar sign and they are accountable to the customer. Seriously.

Had a Sony Brevia tv that stopped turning on within the manufacturer's warranty (6 months!). We took it in to ask them to help us resolve this frustrating situation. Things were escalated to manager, Defender Ramirez, who after 20 minutes still refused to help us. The customer service here is unbelievable. We will purchase online from Amazon next time. We just wanted to be taken care of and Defender made us feel like an inconvenience. I will never shop at Magnolia again. Think twice about shopping here.
