I had the MOST AMAZING experience today at Dyson Soho! I booked a complimentary appointment to learn how to use my Airwrap. Emmy, the store manager, explained it so well to me. I am thrilled with my experience and can’t wait to use my Airwrap with my newfound knowledge. All the employees are so warm & friendly, too. It’s a spacious, welcoming store with terrific customer service & state-of-the-art products. Highly recommend!

The experience in this store is one of a kind thanks to Lois and Kim. Lois answered all my questions patiently and Kim showed me how to use the SupersonicR in the most efficient way. I loved the service, thank you for making me a happy customer 💛

I came in this week 4 minutes before closing, I wanted to check out the Dyson hair set. And Luis was very kind and patient showing me what I needed and wanted to know. He gave me his card with the extension number to call whenever I was ready to order to call. 2 days later I did. He picked up and he help me to order it. Thank you Luis :) keep up the good work.

It’s interesting because the store employees claim to boast years of experience, but they’ve only gained expertise in being rude and passive-aggressive to customers. Amy especially deserves to be fired. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store before—despite spending $600+ and vocalizing from the moment I entered that I did, in fact, intend to purchase something. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
