When we entered the store, nobody came to us and didn’t even say hello or ask how they could help us. So my sister and I were roaming around the store, and I touched one product. One employee came to me yelling, “Don’t touch that, don’t touch that, it’s broken.” I was like, how do I know if it’s broken or not? There was no sign or anything like that. Then she left. She didn’t even ask us what we were looking for or how she could help us. Then we went to another table, and one employee was showing a product to another customer. She was explaining everything, so when I asked, “Can you show me?” she was like, “Oh, my shift has ended, and another employee will help you.” Another employee came and said, “Oh, you just have to hold the product on your hair and it will automatically grab your hair,” and that’s it. Nothing else. Yeah, we ended up getting the product. I know for some people Dyson could be cheap, but it was a big purchase because it’s expensive for me. If you spend that amount of money, at least you should get a good experience and a welcoming environment. Corporate isn’t paying you just to stand there and do nothing or chatting. I know so many people just browse and don’t buy, but because of them you can’t treat everyone like trash. If you are getting paid for the job, at least do your job
