  The mangers was very helpful and generous. They went above my expectations. They got me everything that I needed in store and even let give my daughter a tutorial on the vacuum. Thank again for the case & hot stamping it. I will be back for yall my Dyson purchases

  Bought a $1,200 air purifier from them and it’s pumping out a foul smell in my apartment after 1 month. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare and their policy required me to pay to ship it to a facility where they could inspect it

  I had an exceptional experience at the Dyson store on 5th Avenue, and it was entirely because of La Shawna and John. They are truly in a league of their own. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being even remotely pushy. Their level of expertise was impressive—they took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained the technology clearly, and helped me find the right product without any pressure. What stood out most was how thoughtful and patient they were. It felt like they actually cared about making sure I left with the right solution, not just making a sale. Their professionalism, friendliness, and deep product knowledge reminded me why going into a Dyson store is the best way to buy Dyson. You simply can’t get this kind of experience online. La Shawna and John turned what could have been a quick purchase into a genuinely enjoyable experience. I left feeling grateful and confident in my decision. If you’re visiting the Dyson 5th Avenue store, do yourself a favor and ask for La Shawna or John. You will not find better service anywhere. I don’t ever post or like sales people but this was an out of this world amazing experience.

  In 2024, I purchased an air blower. It was set to be delivered to the wrong address, so customer service advised me to cancel the order and place a new one. The first order was never actually canceled, so I ended up with two orders. One of the orders was delivered to an address where I no longer lived, and I was unable to recover the product. I didn’t open a dispute at the time because I was told I would receive a refund. The refund never came, and when I tried to dispute the charge, more than 30 days had passed, so my bank declined the claim. I never received the product or my money back. After two years, I reached out again, not for a refund, but simply asking for a discount to purchase again, and the experience with customer support was still disappointing. - Even providing all the proof - In my experience, Dyson is not worth the hassle.
