He answered all of the questions I had - which were many. Prefer the shopping experience here at this location as opposed to ordering online. As an update: I received a Cricket Wireless text message that I did not understand. Called Cricket customer service, and they did not resolve it to my satisfaction. Called Ali. He said if I come by the store he provide assistance. When I arrived he did assist me in resolving the issue. He also welcomed me to stop by if I ever need assistance. This an example excellent customer service. Which is rare with some of these cellphone carriers. He is a valuable asset to Cricket Wireless. Highly recommend shopping at this location, 100%
