- YYYaDec 12, 20252.0Went in here looking for a specific item. The worker there really wasn’t helpful. Asked him where the item was and he just vaguely pointed. After I found the item I asked him for the price and he gave me a vague estimate. I asked him if there was anything cheaper and he told me no. I showed him some options I saw online and he told me they didn’t have it. There was no effort to maybe redirect me to another store or offer to order the item for me to come to the store. I’m not expecting you to oversell me anything but for a place called “Best Buy” it doesn’t hurt to put in a little effort to get me to buy an item.
