Fui a comprar un celular liberado para cualquier compañía. Y la atención de la empleada fue muy pobre y con apuros. No tomo tiempo. Solo dijo este es, es tanto. Y lo cobro sin ninguna clase de explicación lo cual ingerir en si tenía otros colores y si lo podía usar en otros países. Me despacho rápidamente. Eso es todo.

I went to buy a camera and a Meta Quest 3, and I encountered a really bad attitude and disposition from all the employees. I must have seen at least 15 of them, and not one was able to help me despite my repeated requests. Several of them weren't doing anything. I won't be buying from this chain again…

Had a great online return experience here. Got an open box, asked why I'm returning, explained, and return completed! Made me feel more comfortable buying with Best Buy in the future.
In contrast, the Union Square Best Buy was terrible, making up rules literally in real time to scam you. So was much nicer here that they are treating customers as people instead of a sucker.

I came to buy a laptop for Valentine’s Day on February 13th. I went to 3 stores including Apple and I wasn’t sold and convinced on finally purchasing this MacBook Air until a young man working at this location named Kevin gave me the confidence that it was worth buying and made my experience fun . Not even the Apple employees I left prior to coming in to this location sold me like Kevin did. This is my first laptop so I really needed somebody who was patient and descriptive as him. I was given a receipt to scan his name for a review but it wouldn’t scan. But he has braces and a cool haircut for further description. I’ll add a picture of my receipt regardless but maybe it’s because it got wet . Thanks so much again
