This Best Buy has turned around so much. I came in when my iPhone was on 1% battery. I needed a new external battery to help me get through the day. Angelina, the most fabulous welcoming committee, went above and beyond to help me get my current phone charged while helping me find a product to take with me for the rest of the day. Sahil from the PC side also went above and beyond for me too. He taught me a lot about different battery capabilities and speed. What great customer service! I was a very happy client today.

The guys at the store are great, if you need something they have in stock, go for it.
If you need to get ANYTHING delivered, STAY AWAY!!! I cannot stress this enough. The customer service experience is abysmal and the call center / logistics teams don't work together to solve customer issues. They'll tell you "they're getting back to you" but then no one ever does. 100% stay away.

Best Buy near Union Square NYC, talking smack in Spanish, even though my appearance doesn’t seem like I speak Spanish, but my born ethnicity is Mexican, Employees shouldn’t be following someone around, bad employee and bad customer service, either way everything else was fine

I had spotty internet service for the last few weeks and after Spectrum Time Warner assured me that my internet was working fine, I knew it had to be laptop related. I popped into Best Buy knowing that I was looking for a laptop reasonably priced without all the proverbial "bells and whistles".
I want to give a special shout out to Aaron and Devon, who were both so extremely professional and helpful. I appreciated that neither one of them tried to "upsell" me and they were both extremely patient during my decision-making process.
I left with an HP Chrome 14" laptop. So far, so good. My internet is working beautifully so fingers crossed!
