    Employees see you and quickly turn they heads trying to avoid customers. Secondly, they know Union Square is super busy but they hold roadie drivers up waiting for over 30 minutes just to pick up one same day delivery order while thinking about parking tickets or possibly getting towed. Smh

    Went in for a SD card reader and was immediately greeted by a customer service representative who showed me the way to the isle. David helped me find a card reader that fits my card and even helped me figure out how to put it on and see the pictures in the cards. Overall, excellent customer service and experience.

    Very terrible return experience with lots of moving goalposts lies. Tried to return an open box - excellent laptop, and they claimed they cannot accept any returns over $800. I said that doesn't sound true, so they moved the goalpost and said it is the policy for all Best Buy. When asked why the online CS rep said I could, the first store representative said they meant shipping. So I called customer service and they called out the dishonest response. I kept them on the line and went back to the store (had just stepped out). I put it on speaker, and the rep refused to listen and called her "manager," who claimed it's a policy. The phone representative asked for the specific "SOP" and the manager said he doesn't know it. Then manager then changed the story and said it's specifically for open box, not for new items. Phone rep asked if he ever saw the specific SOP even if he doesn't know it, and he said no, it's all "trust me bro." She asked if there's a specific place online where such a claim is, and he said he doesn't know. Basically, lies because I said I wasn't taking store credit. What a toxic place and experience. I know its location makes it relatively immune to bad feedback, but if you can avoid this store, please do. It makes up policies on the spot to scam you. As a Best Buy Plus member, I regret joining.

    On February 2 I recently bought a Samsung 75” color tv and after I pay for it everything was great I got excited because my 65” after 5 years gave out so I recently bought this one for my Granddaughter cause she loves big tvs all of a sudden now they changed the schedule date which was supposed to be delivered by February 13 to be set up and everything Definitely this will be my last purchased from this store located in 52 East 14th Street union square. After the sales men told me the tv was in their stock room now come to find out they don’t have the tv nowhere in site. And as anyone can see that’s unprofessional, as well as is unacceptable. And in ordered for them to refund my money I have to wait between 7 to 10 days definitely I will never purchased from this store again. I would never think this store would handle this in this matter. As far as I’m concerned I’m done with this store there in a hurry to take your money. But when it comes down for reimbursement you got to wait 7 to 10 business days. And from so many stores all over NYC my 75” color tv has to come from out of state
