Oh my. Very nice, well stocked for all your electronic needs and somewhat household appliances but the real treat is the electronics. Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Xbox, PlayStation.. you name it. It’s probably there. The staff are motivated and helpful- customer service/returns were smooth-thanks Tatianna. Nice location convenient to the 14 St Subway station -N/W/Q/R/6.. all conveniently located

Store wouldn’t match my price even though the Best Buy policy states it will. The item (an IPad being sold for 100 less at target) matched all parameters for a price match yet I was told that this item was priced too low and couldn’t be matched by an supervisor named JP. More over, JP informed me they don’t do price matching during Xmas which isn’t true either as per the policy. When I asked to speak to a manager named Denise Rodriguez I was told she was too busy and couldn’t be bothered to come speak to me. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at Best Buy, I’ve been making most of my electronics purchases there for the past 15 years. It’s my fault for leaving the store without talking to the customer service team, but I was quite livid from what seemed like a clear case of gaslighting. A most unsatisfactory experience.
