Very helpful. Staff was in the store. I needed to pick up a phone 123 customer service was amazing. They were quick to help. They found me the phone I needed, and I was out of the store in no time who doesn't love best, buy

I purchased an AT&T iPhone but received a Verizon iPhone instead. It was a very frustrating experience — I spent hours trying to figure out why my phone wouldn’t activate. When I first picked it up, I even asked if they could help activate it, but they charged a fee for that. Later, when I went back to explain that I received the wrong phone, no one seemed to understand the issue. When I asked to return it, the employee I spoke with didn’t even know how to process a return and had to get additional help. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

When I asked for help I was unable to find a salesperson because they weren’t necessarily busy but dismissive
I had to find a manager to help me
The sales person started to talk about my age and older people which I could not understand why they thought that conversation was appropriate
