Elle a demandé de façon autaine à son collègue si il me comprenait. Heureusement qu'il a remonté le niveau, merci à lui et ses autres collègues pour avoir occupé mon fils lors de la vente

It’s well worth it more friendly service. - AEAlexis EsparzaMar 4, 20261.0I went to buy an iPhone, and the person who helped me was not welcoming whatsoever, I spent one thousand eight seven dollars, for a iPhone air, when I couldn’t decide the color I wanted, the associated was so annoyed and very unhappy, when I paid in cash was even worse, he was so mad that he needed to open the register, if I could I will give him minus 5 stars, so disappointed, maybe for him a thousand dollars is not much, but for me is hard work money, and then a tourist wanted to try the apple head device, he was so rude to him telling him that he needed to make a sort of appointment or something to try them on, I felt bad for the poor guy,last thing if you going to be a salesman, please brush your teeth, or use a mint or something. I’m an apple person since iPhone 4 ,this guy is a shame to the brand, if you don’t like people find another job.

He looked at us like we were complete idiots, not cooperating, not asking questions, nothing. We had to give him every freaking detail of our purchase because he did not once ask what exactly do we want or tried to help with any advice. Nothing! He just wanted to get rid of us. Everyone there was so lousy, totally uninterested. Here and in Apple near Central Park. Same experience. Never buying here again
