I had an appt for today at 5:40. I came in around 5:15pm to check in anticipating a general wait time. I did not get helped by anyone. I waited and waited. I eventually just left at 6:30. This was so outrageous. Manager wasn’t helpful. Other technician told me they don’t know when I’ll be helped and to just wait. I had an appointment. Unbelievable
I like Apple products, but the customer service in this store is poor. I walked in planning to buy an Apple Watch and ended up leaving after waiting around for an hour. It was a Sunday night and the store wasn’t busy.
Someone did answer a few of my questions, but overall the staff seemed disengaged. No one greeted me when I walked in, and several employees were standing around talking among themselves while customers waited.
It feels like customer service isn’t a priority because the products sell themselves. If you expect attentive help, you may want to avoid this store.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location to purchase a new computer. I had already researched exactly what I wanted and simply needed assistance completing the purchase.
After entering the store, I waited 15 to 20 minutes while multiple employees walked past me without acknowledging or offering help. The store was not busy, and several employees were talking among themselves. I asked one employee for assistance; he took my name and said he would return, but he never did. I waited another 20 to 30 minutes and still received no help.
I went downstairs to ask someone else for assistance and was told I would need to go back upstairs to complete the purchase. When someone finally approached me upstairs, I asked about the model I wanted and was simply told, “it’s over there,” with a vague point toward the back of the store. No one actually assisted me with the purchase.
After nearly an hour of trying to give this store my business, I left without buying anything.
I have been a long-time Apple customer and own an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and MacBook. I have never experienced service like this before. I also work in customer service, which is why it was especially surprising to see customers being ignored while actively trying to make a purchase.
If you value your time, I would recommend ordering online or visiting a different location.
Went in to buy AirPods this morning and was handed off by the greeter to *no one*. The store was practically empty and full of employees just standing around talking to each other. When I politely asked an associate pretending not to see me for help buying AirPods the guy just said "$271." Didn't ask about which version I wanted, payment plans, apple care, nothing. He told me to stand at the end of the table to wait. I was speechless.
Best Apple Store Experience!
Looking to upgrade my device, or wait to see what new features iPhone 18 Pro Max will offer. It’s always a dilemma for me when choosing to upgrade.
Some years I like the even numbers since I started with Apple with the iPhone 4S, and that was a perfect phone!
Now I am on the fence as to whether I should get the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and an Apple Watch, even though I love my current fitness tracker.
Ended up getting the Apple Watch, and tablet. Trying to hold out to see what the iPhone 18Pro will feature.
Was very impressed with The Black Unity Sport Loop features the word “Unity” woven abstractly into the band using red, green, and black yarns that pay homage to the Pan-African flag, while a unique layering of yarns lends a sense of three-dimensionality to the letters. In addition, the Unity Mosaic watch face incorporates geometric shapes in green, black, red, and yellow, and as the minutes change, each number uses pieces of other numbers to morph into new forms. iPhone users can also show their support with the new Unity wallpaper for their Lock Screen. So impressed i purchased the watch.
