    I had an exceptional experience at the Apple Store Upper East Side. Timmy and Farccan delivered the kind of customer service that actually sets a standard. Both were sharp, patient, and fully engaged from start to finish. They went far beyond basic troubleshooting and sales support, took real ownership of my situation, and made sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently with my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. No rushing. No hand-offs. No scripted responses. Just competent, attentive, human service. This is how retail should work. Apple is lucky to have them.

    When last night to add a line to my phone was told I couldn’t pay cash. I can only use a credit card so she said she canceled the activation but when I woke up this morning, there’s a new line activated on my account. Make sure you see them canceled because now I gotta go over there in a snowstorm and fix this.
