I originally may the appt to purchase the right side AirPods Pro piece … but the tech ask question about overall sound of the equipment too .. decided to check the noice cancellation fixture that was not working prior to the appt … I purchase the lost piece air pod, but got thru the almost expired the replacement of the left one !!! Free !! And got configuration on the new set !!! So my point is when going to Apple genius appt.. ask question 🙋🏻 be honest about the problem, even if it’s not the original reason for the appt.
