  I went in to get the air wrap (LOVE) but the customer experience made my day. I was going to just order it online but something said go have the experience of getting it in store. Immediately Sokhna helped us and was beyond wonderful! She made my day and gave a tutorial that really helped me know what I’m doing when using this spaceship of a hair tool. 10/10

  Luis at Dyson was absolutely fantastic. He cleaned my Airwrap and got it working like new again, and was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell he really cares about his work and the customer experience. Truly above and beyond—thank you, Luis!

  I visited the store last month and I have to say that every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. I was late for my Demo, but they still accommodated me and Rielly did such an amazing job that made me leave satisfied with the Co-anda2x purchase (thank you Reilly!!). The only thing I would say is that attachments colors vary 😭 I’m a bit disappointed that the attachments don’t all come in the same color as the base, but the place and staff definitely deserve a 5 🌟

  Luis was so kind and patient!! My mother and I were looking at humidifiers and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is the store is very elegant. All the walls are painted black, it almost feels like a museum.
