  Just stopped by the 5th av store. The store had tremendous selection and was extremely well maintained, but the main attraction was the service level. We were helped by the manager, John Maldonado who not only had tremendous product knowledge, but helped us resolve a long lasting issue while also offering amazing customer service and went above and beyond any service that we’ve ever received.-Mark R NYC

  I had such a great experience at Dyson thanks to Janique! She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I came in with an issue regarding my vacuum, and she went above and beyond by getting me a replacement head right on the spot. She made the whole process quick and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. It’s rare to receive that level of service these days. Dyson is lucky to have her!

  Wonderful Service. Janique was quick to assist, incredibly proactive & helpful to my needs. I came in with a broken dyson hair tool & left with a brand new dyson air wrap that fit all my needs. Not only that but she styled me & gave me an in depth tutorial on how to properly use the tool & now I’m better equipped to handle my hair needs. I came all the way from Long island & it was definitely worth the drive, i’ll be back here again.

  Terrible customer service. I went in to see if I can buy a vacuum replacement filter since it I have to pay shipping fee if ordering online since it doesn’t meet minimum free shipping. They said they don’t have it in store, and asked me to buy online. I explained above and asked if there’s anything can be done to avoid paying shipping since I went all the way to the store. They treated me like an idiot and said “you have to pay for shipping since you are having it shipped, you understand?”

  I have been to the store twice. The first time I’d set up a 15 minute appointment for a tutorial on how to use the equipment that I had bought The second time I went in to buy some products with both my daughters Both times, the staff was downright rude and standoffish. They do not greet customers. They speak very rudely and arrogantly. They have absolutely no idea of how to sell the product and do not know how to engage with a customer in a manner that makes the customer interested in buying their product. Very poor representation for a brand that has such expensive products and that two at their flagship store. They really need people who know how to sell to the income bracket they can actually afford their products. Or at least learn how to recognize those who can. We have almost all of the Dyson products in our household, and we were looking to buy a few more, but left disgusted with the lack of customer service They absolutely lost out on sales with my family.
