  Buen lugar, bien surtido. Deberían mejorar el servicio de los que atienden, solo se fijan en la web, no están muy capacitados en asesoramiento, aunque debo reconocer que es un mal común en la atención de todos los comercios

  This was perhaps the WORST experience I have encountered from a big box retailer. From the sales process to the non deliver/as promised process. Best Buy is awful and I will never buy or refer union square Best Buy to anyone. Ever! Stay away.

  I went to buy a laptop today to this BestBuy location. First of all, no one was around to talk to. Then inquired about the laptop from the guy at the counter (upstairs) and he facilitated the purchase. When I checked the receipt at home, there was an additional charge for $49.99 for BestBuy plus membership, which wasn’t mentioned to me in any shape or form. The guy just sneakily added that annual membership and charged me for it. I called their customer service to cancel and refund. Be aware of this unethical and maybe illegal practice of adding services the customers are not asking for without their knowledge. I’ll be complaining to BBB.

  I had a great experience at the Best Buy Union Square location. Ethan at the pickup counter was incredibly kind and professional. He made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Thank you, Ethan!

  Best Buy did a wonderful job hiring these 3 guys. Bryan, Nei, and Baldhur. Went to bestbuy trying to figure out how to use the rode microphone we got from them. Stopped by the geek squad and was greeted by this friendly gentleman name Jonathan. He didn’t really know how to figure it out so he told us to look for Baldhur. Baldhur really tired his best and referred us to Nei. Nei is a very funny guy, also tried his very best to help us with the situation but also couldn’t figured it out and that’s where Bryan came in. Bryan you are a life saver! Thank you so much for helping us figure this out. 10/5 stars for you 🫶🏼
