La crítica es solo a la atención, los que atienden no asesoran, solo buscan el producto, y si tienes dudas se buscan en la web, que lompodria hacer yo, y, por supuesto, no es lo mismo. Por lo que vi, en todos los comercios grandes es similar

Great staff and management. I had an issue to handle with customer service and they were able to get everything done graciously and efficiently. I would return to this branch in particular.

I bought two TVs, spent $500. There wasn’t a single person to offer help to carry them outside, just the employee at the front stand just at the entrance that scanned one of the tv’s while I was outside to see if it’s paid for. Hospitality 0
Disappointing experience. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the camera equipment, and I wasn’t even able to properly handle a fujifilm since the security alarm kept going off. No one could—or would—help fix it, which made the visit feel like a waste of time. For camera gear, Adorama or B&H are much better options.

They sell good products, I found some stuff for good prices, and I found the customer service to be great, but the AI on the phone is atrocious. I get having something automated for simple questions or pressing buttons to get to a certain department, but the AI voice had no idea what I was saying and wouldn't let me talk to a person. It kept telling me to go to the website but the website wasn't letting me book an appt which us why I was calling. I ended up just going somewhere else. I now call Staples and am hesitant of buying products from Best Buy now due to not being able to reach someone if my product isn't working. If I say "speak to a person" and it automatically sends me to a person I would have no problem.
