  I visited apple store WTC. I had issue with my ipad charging port. They are unable to fix the issue and suggested me to get it repaired which is costing me around 440$ since my warranty got expired 4 months back. It did not sound good so i came back and just cleaned my charing port and its working now. Thats how bad the service is here.

  Went in for my wife’s iPhone battery replacement. Phone keeps dying, Face ID does not work, and front/rear cameras aren’t working. They also knew that the phone was broken after the battery replacement and that they had to order new parts but they didn’t tell us and they just gave us the phone when we got the phone.

  I was ready to give this place 1 star and tell you how horrible my experience has been while trying to get a phone replacement but Hannah changed everything for me. So this will be a praise to her hard work and dedication. The back story is my 15 pro max stopped working and I had to get a completely new one. The first guy said 3-5 business days and it would be in the store. I called on the 4th day to make sure that was still in place and I was told I was giving the incorrect information I should be waiting 3 to 7 business days and that they had the phone overnighted and should be in Friday no later than Monday. I gave them extra time and called them the following week on Tuesday (which meant my 7 day period was up) and was informed that not only was the phone never shipped over night they had no update on when I would be getting a phone. I was furious because if the phone wasn’t in the shipment by Monday why wasn’t I informed of the longer wait time. In steps Hannah not only did she handle my frustration and attitude with grace, but she was able to get the phone overnighted from an apple store in Staten Island. I would like to say thank you Hannah for taking the time to not only see me as a customer, but to understand and execute. You are a miracle worker. I hope you see this and understand how much of amazing work are you are.

  I had to request apple care service for repair and decided to proceed with replacement. I wasn’t properly informed on my first visit about a few details, but came back for pick up and had Tre to assist me. I was upset for not getting an out of shelf unit, but a remanufactured one. Tre was professional and took time to over explain as needed so I could understand what that meant. Amazing service, notable knowledge and professionalism.
