The nice gentleman downstairs was super helpful and in good spirits, the person who ‘helped’ us buying products (order and pay) was unbelievably unfriendly and too cool to be kind or attentive. NEVER AGAIN. Apple Stores worldwide used to have higher standards.

Today, however, I had outstanding help from Gregorio and wanted to highlight him. Way more than other reps in the past, he asked questions about my usage and my preferences. And he had ideas about what products might be best given my preferences. It was a productive and enlightening visit - and I left having purchased something different than I originally envisioned and that met all of my needs. And a little bit cheaper too. Thank you Gregorio.
- MHMeri HaitkinMar 25, 20261.0HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I AM STILL DEALING WITH A MONTH AFTER PURCHASE. I took my senior mom to the store to upgrade her iPad. We wanted the cheapest because she basically only does a little googling, email and downloads photos from email. POLLY our salesperson spent time explaining why the air was fine, was then out of stock and said our only option was a pro for an extra $400. I was VERY clear explaining to Polly that it needed to be copied and set up the way my mom was used to before leaving the store, which was why we came in -- not just an icloud transfer because she's techphobic and I don't live with her. Polly didn't listen. Everything got very complicated. Polly passed us off to someone else. We were in the store for 90 and I am still, a month later, trying to set the ipad up myself using chatGPT because nothing works and we keep getting an apple account disabled message when it's not.
