    Not the best place to buy Apple products because lack of sale associates. Waiting for 10 minutes no one helps.

    Very uncomfortable experience at this store today around 3:30 PM. I went in to complete a trade-in/return I had been working on for the past couple of days. While explaining my situation, one employee told me the charger I brought was not correct, even though it was the one that came in the box. She insisted I should buy another one for $31, which was confusing. While I was trying to explain calmly, I felt judged and treated with suspicion. One employee stayed watching me while I was about to pay, as if I was doing something wrong, and another was speaking in a rude tone and looking at me negatively. At one point, they even assumed I was upset or had a bad attitude, which was not true. I remained calm the entire time and was only trying to resolve my situation. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Customers should not be treated this way when they are simply trying to make a return or purchase. I won’t be coming back.

    I came in without an appointment to fix my internet on my laptop. I was told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait and after 80 minutes of waiting I just left. No text was sent to my phone after getting into the waitlist. Even 3 hours later. Please don’t ever go there, you’ll be wasting your time there. Not one time did anyone working there even go up to me to ask why I was sitting looking mad.

    **To the Management of the Apple Store – Upper East Side, Madison Avenue** **New York, NY** Dear Sir or Madam, I write to you as a long-standing and loyal patron of your Madison Avenue location since its opening on June 13, 2015. My engagement with Apple’s retail experience predates that date, beginning at the SoHo location under the leadership of PJ, with whom I have maintained an enduring professional rapport. Since the inception of your Madison Avenue store, I have continued to manage a joint venture business account (established in 2015) and have, over the years, worked closely with your Business Team—most notably with Gary, whose professionalism and courtesy have consistently exemplified Apple’s brand values. It is therefore with genuine regret that I must convey my concern regarding an incident that occurred earlier today involving one of your staff members, *Beccy*. Her behavior was antagonistic, unnecessarily combative, and delivered in a tone that can only be described as condescending. What was particularly troubling was the subsequent handling of the matter by leadership on duty—specifically *Meagan*—whose response was disappointingly ineffective and conspicuously biased. I cannot help but note that had the patron in question been of a different racial background, her demeanor and approach would, in all likelihood, have been markedly different. Prior to this escalation, I apprised one of your security personnel—an individual with whom I am personally acquainted—of the situation as it began to unfold, and I subsequently spoke with *Andrew*, another member of your leadership team who has known me as a regular guest of the store for several years. Notwithstanding my impeccable record of courteous interactions and the absence of any prior issues since 2015, I was unjustly cast as the aggressor in an exchange provoked by your employee. The treatment I received was both unpleasant and wholly inconsistent with the standards of refinement and integrity I have long associated with Apple. I trust that my account will be duly reviewed, and that leadership will take the requisite measures to ensure patrons—particularly those with a history of professionalism and loyalty—are treated with the respect and impartiality they are due.

    I walked into this store to get an iPhone 17 Pro Max and while I was talking to a salesperson, a woman walked in and interrupted me mid sentence, as if I was invisible, and just started talking to the salesperson person. Now, the correct thing to do would have been to tell her to wait as she was with a customer. She did not do that. I waited until she was finished and told her it was kind of rude of the woman that walked in and of her for not telling her to give her a minute. She told me she did nothing wrong as that is their standard procedure. I showed her my standard procedure and I walked out.
