Store is convenient and well stocked, but needs better staff. The Apple employee working at 12:30pm on April 7th in the far back room was condescending and rude about a phone case question. Poor customer service, would avoid until the problem is fixed.

Have always have an excellent experience here with prior visits. This past weekend in particular, Dad and I were visiting to switch him from his old Android phone to an iPhone 17. Much thanks to Brad for being patient with Dad while he figured out what case and screen protector to get, and for adjusting to our skill level -- am grateful that he allowed us uninterrupted use of the setup table for me to assist Dad. Thanks again! :D

Absolutely horrible customer service, we lost a phone and came to ask what we could do about it. They were clueless, told us to do things that we had already done and is basic knowledge, after an hour of waiting at a desk for help a person came and told us to do something which ended up locking the account, then they just left. We then waited an additional twenty minutes for help, when it arrived they told us to go to the genius department, saying that they’ll be able to unlock the account and fix everything. We went and were met with a very rude lady with glasses, speaking in a condescending manner towards us, as if we were children. She offered no help and was just basically blaming the whole thing on us rather than creating a solution.

I had an out-of-the-ordinary experience at this location around 3:15 p.m., and it left me very disappointed given how I’ve been treated here in the past. I came in because my headphones were no longer working and were disrupting my work calls. I was between errands, after a workout and before picking up my daughter, so I followed directions and went to the area where customers are told to wait for assistance with service-related concerns. When I arrived, there were no other customers waiting in that area. There were three male employees present. One was named Ruben, and another did not have a visible name tag and did not introduce himself. I was asked generally how I could be helped, but instead of actually assisting me, I was passed off. What followed was upsetting: both Ruben and the other employee immediately began helping two white customers who had walked up after I had already been standing there waiting. The most troubling part was that these customers arrived after me, yet were taken ahead of me as though I was not there. When Ruben eventually came back and asked what I needed, I explained my concern and asked why I had been skipped. His response was, “I didn’t see you.” I found that extremely difficult to accept given how obvious my presence was. Whether intentional or not, the interaction carried the weight of a microaggression, and that should not be taken lightly. I was then directed to a supposed manager, but that conversation felt dismissive. Rather than meaningfully addressing what I had experienced, he quickly moved to resolve the headphone issue without really acknowledging the treatment that led to the complaint in the first place. What is especially disheartening is that this is a convenient location for me and has been easy to walk to from home. No customer should leave feeling overlooked, dismissed, or made to question whether they were treated differently. I hope this location takes customer experience more seriously, because this interaction has made me consider going out of my way to another store.

My iPhone 16 stopped charging and bricked this morning. I made an appointment then stopped in at the store. They were unable to start the device, said it needed a board replacement then said it’ll take multiple days to get a replacement part. The phone is less than a year old. They were not even able to take my broken device and hold it until they can repair it - I need to go back. No loaner available or any other realistic options. So pissed off, this is no way to treat your loyal customers.
