I first met with Geoffrey Menda, business specialist, to discuss different options available to us to help lower our cell phone bill and receive two new Google Pixel 10 Pro phones and an IPhone 17 Pro (with trade in)for our daughter, who lives on the West Coast. He was able to eliminate unneeded services along with finding several discounts available for us. The following day my husband and I met again with Geoffrey, agreed to the proposed plan. He then helped to transfer our files to our new phones and explained many of the features on the phones, along with taking care of sending our daughter's new phone to her, along with personally written instructions on what she needed to do when it arrived. He even synched each of our phones to our cars. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
