We traded both of our phones in for the Apple 17 Pro phone. Our experience was excellent. He greeted us professionally and remained so throughout the entire process. Geoffrey Menda listened to us and then answered us with appropriate information. He educated us on not only the basic features of the phone, but took time to quickly demonstrate the advanced features of the camera. We plan to return to the store in a week to follow up on this visit. Geoffrey took the time to quickly write down what things we should prepare for on the follow-up visit. In summary, the visit was relaxed, enjoyable, educational, and reassuring. He is a great asset to the Verizon Cellular sales team.
